The Darkness, which darkens your brain, your soul and your body.
Darkness or Depression
What you call it doesn’t matter, how it calls you matters. Depression is becoming a major obstacle for human society and the human mind. We, humans, are still on the verge of figuring out, what is it? How it comes into your mind and affects your soul.
Well, depression is a medical condition, which causes your body to slow down, whether it’s the mood or the functioning, you will start feeling bad about everything.
In my point of view, everyone is more or less suffering from depression. I suffered from this too and in the response I have heard a lot of things in that phase like depression doesn’t exist or how come you be depressed, you have everything a person needed. There hits me a dialogue from a movie;
You think it happens with aliens until it happens with you.
Why Depression happens
There is no certain reason or cause of depression, it could be because of some medical condition or because of some emotional conditions like abuse,death or loss of some loved one, conflict, etc. Yes, depression can be genetic too. Sometimes depression can come because of some positive changes which lead to stress.
How Depression effects your Body
Depression happens to happen in our mind and our mind controls our whole body. So depression effects your whole body. From head to toe, right?
